Analytics first :

  • Women are dramatically outnumbered in senior leadership. Only about 1 in 5 C-suite leaders is a woman
  • Only 38 percent manager positions are held by women largely due to Gender gap issues!
  • One in five women says they are often the only woman or one of the only women in the room at work! This is twice as common for senior-level women and women in technical roles: around 40% of them are Onlys.

But the companies around the world today are scurrying to make it right for women everywhere across the corporate world in line with the 2030 UN sustainability goal.

  • Today, for every dollar earned by men, female employees in the U.S. earn $1.000 dollars in the same job title and level.
  • In Apple across the board, the company reports that 29 % of its leadership roles are filled by women.
  • The percentage of women globally at Facebook has increased from 31% in 2014 to 36% today.
  • The number of women at Facebook in technical roles has increased over 7X over the last five years.
  • Over the last four years at Google, the percentage of women in leadership globally has increased from 20.8% to 25.5%.
  • At Intel almost 24% of women in technical roles

“ It has been excellent learning experience with IVY Pro. The quality of training delivery has been consistent throughout. The faculty is industry experienced with maturity of handling instruction lead training online along with offline class. IVY Pro’s all team members are approachable and helpful. I must mention that they have exceeded expectations set by course counselor in the beginning. The courses are brilliantly structured and a lot of intelligence has been applied in sequencing the content and modules. The modules are short duration to hold the interest but still are long enough to give good exposure and ability to explore further on not so easy applications like R, SAS, VBA etc. This can only be done by Leader/s who carry contagious passion about training and professionalism. Thank you IVY Team!”
