Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes students may need to cancel their enrollment in our courses. In such cases, we offer a refund of the amount paid for the course, provided the cancellation is made within 15 days from the date of enrollment.

If you wish to cancel your enrollment and receive a refund, please email us at info@ivyproschool.com within 15 days from the date of your enrollment, and we will process your refund request.

Please note that refunds will only be processed if the cancellation is made within the 15-day period. After this time, we will not be able to offer a refund.
