Middle and senior positions now\u00a0require\u00a0management\u00a0degrees\u00a0with add-on certifications and skills.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What else is new?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Start-ups have joined multinationals in the race for recruiting MBAs equipped with analytics training.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>E-tailers, Retailers, Banking &amp; Financials, Consulting firms are the highest recruiters <\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Top notch Strategic Consulting and Financial firms are looking for Analytics training in their Management graduates hiring.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Highest salary offers in Analytics are from Insurance, Banking and Financial.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>More international firms are scouting the Indian landscape for both entry-level and senior positions, that call for management + analytics<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>KPOs \/BPOs have notched up their demand for MBA + analytics<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>MBAs in Finance \/ Retail \/ Marketing + analytics are in highest demand, followed by Operations, Logistics, Risk and HR.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Consulting firms are emerging as \u2018one-stop shops\u2019 for multinationals, the government and Big Data implementing companies and start-ups.
